Fujir - Viagens ao Japão (Acima da Linha - Outsourcing criativa, Lda, hereinafter "Fujir") with registered office at Praceta de Santo António, nº2, 5ºDrt, 2685-237 Portela, holder of the legal entity identification number 509 891 870, hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY, is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data (hereinafter "data") and, therefore undertake to process and secure such data in accordance with the personal data protection legislation in force, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation - "GDPR". This Privacy Policy aims to make known how Fujir treats your data and your rights as a data subject.

Any data you provide to Fujir will be understood as obtained, treated and transmitted in strict observation and in full compliance with the requirements established in RGPD and current legislation. 

This information (and, if applicable, this site is an internet domain owned by the COMPANY) is the property of the COMPANY, its use and the associated services imply the acceptance by the customer/user of the present terms and conditions of use, as well as the present privacy policy. On the other hand, the COMPANY warns that, both the contents and services, as well as the conditions of use and privacy policy, may be modified by the COMPANY, if necessary, without prior notice, and the COMPANY will use its best efforts to indicate, in writing or online, the date of the last update.

Consists of the right to complain to the supervisory authority, the CNPD, in addition to the company.

Exercise of your rights is free of charge, except in the case of a manifestly unfounded or excessive request, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged taking into account the costs. Information should be in writing but may be provided orally if you request it. 

Requests must be responded to within 30 days, unless the request is particularly extensive or complex.

Under what circumstances is there communication of your personal data to other entities, subcontractors or third parties?
Your data may be passed on to subcontractors so that they may process it on behalf of the COMPANY.
